Beaumont Blitz have several open positions for members who are ready to get involved, contribute their skills, and help strengthen our Association.

VOTING BOARD POSITIONS

• Secretary: Maintains meeting minutes, official records, correspondence, and Association documents.

• U11/U13 Director: Supports coaches and families, assists with team formation and coach selection, and oversees division-related matters.

• Rep Director: Supports our competitive programs, rep teams, and coaches while helping oversee program operations.

COORDINATOR POSITIONS

• Player Development: Helps plan and organize camps, clinics, and player development opportunities.

• Equipment: Coordinates and tracks team equipment to ensure our players and teams have what they need.

• Sponsorship: Builds relationships with local businesses and secures sponsorship support for the Association.

• Volunteer: Recruits, coordinates, and organizes volunteers for Association activities and events.

• Uniform & Branding: Coordinates uniforms, apparel, and the overall Blitz brand.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

Voting Board positions carry broader Association-wide responsibilities and require relevant experience, a working knowledge of softball, and a genuine commitment to the role. These positions help guide the direction and decisions of Beaumont Blitz.

Coordinator positions are just as important to our success, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a specific area, put your skills to work, and make a meaningful impact on the experience we provide our players and families.
